Recipe for Crispy Okra Chips

Okra, originally produced in India, is rich in nutrients and has high economic and edible value. It is a great vegetable and has been loved by many friends in recent years. In order to enjoy better tasting cuisine, people will process okra into different foods for consumption. For example, some people may make okra crisps, but the production of this dish is not easy.
1. Select fresh, crisp, and tender fruits that are free from pests, diseases, and mechanical damage, with a length of 10-15 cm and a bright surface color, for processing to ensure the color and taste of the processed okra crisps.
2. Blanching. Blanch the tender okra fruit in water or steam at 80-100 ℃ for 2-10 minutes, then remove and drain the surface moisture. Cut off the stem, don't break it and leak the seeds
Soak the processed okra in maltose solution with a refractive index of 15 degrees for 30 hours at a temperature of 5-10 ℃. During the immersion process, the immersion time should be strictly controlled. If the immersion time is insufficient, it will affect the weight and quality of the product. If the immersion time is too long, it will cause the product to spoil. After soaking, remove the okra and rinse it with clean water to remove the sugar on the surface of the okra, then drain the water for a moment.  
3. Put okra into a container, pour in a tablespoon of olive oil, gently shake the container until the olive oil is evenly wrapped around the outer layer of okra. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 3 minutes, then lay tin foil and coarse salt on the baking tray. Spread okra evenly on the baking tray. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius on both sides for 6 minutes.  
4. Squeeze a small amount of lemon juice onto the okra. You can enjoy it now.
