High-quality fruit and vegetable raw materials are selected, and the VF low-temperature dehydration process is used to make non-puffed ready-to-eat crispy fruits and vegetables. The process goes through three layers of manual screening, which not only retains the original color, shape and most of the nutrients of the fruits and vegetables, but also avoids the harmful substances produced by high-temperature frying.
